Coffee Processing after Harvesting
After harvesting, ripe coffee cherries are carefully selected and washed to remove impurities, dirt, and any remaining pulp, ensuring clean beans that preserve their pure flavor.



The coffee is then dried on raised beds or drying yards under natural sunlight, allowing the beans to dry evenly, reducing mold risks, and maintaining quality. A proper washing and drying process not only enhances the product’s value but also lays the foundation for the distinctive and rich flavor of Vietnamese coffee.







Coffee roasting
Coffee roasting is one of the most important stages, determining the flavor, color, and final quality of the beans. It transforms raw green coffee into rich brown beans with a distinctive aroma.




During roasting, natural compounds in the coffee undergo Maillard reactions and caramelization, creating a captivating aroma, a balanced bitterness, sweet aftertaste, and refreshing acidity.
